Program Overview
There Is a King In You is a transformative youth empowerment initiative designed to educate, uplift, and inspire young African American males. In a society where negative stereotypes too often overshadow the truth, we are committed to changing the narrative. Our mission is to help young men uncover their God-given identity and walk boldly in their divine purpose—to rule, reign, and have dominion.
We believe that within every young man resides a king—one with the power to lead, build, and influence. Our program is structured to awaken this inner authority and equip participants with the tools, skills, and confidence necessary to thrive in every area of life.
Mission Statement

Program Structure
Each session of There Is a King In You is designed to be interactive, hands-on, and discussion-driven. Small group settings will ensure a safe and supportive environment for every participant, where they are seen, heard, and valued.
Workshops are facilitated by experienced community leaders and professionals who bring real-world insight and mentorship to each session. In addition to workshops, students will engage in skill-building activities and receive ongoing encouragement and accountability. Topics include:

- King’s Closet – Dressing for success and personal presentation
- A Worldview – Diversity, inclusion, and global awareness

- Finding My Purpose – Discovering gifts, callings, and direction
- My Life Matters – Valuing life and legacy
- Man Talk – Embracing the responsibility of manhood
- Vision Casting – Setting and pursuing life goals
- What’s My Passion? – Identifying interests and talents
- Entrepreneurship – Building and leading businesses
- Living Off the Land – Self-sufficiency and sustainability
- Financial Literacy – Budgeting, money management, and wealth building
- Investments & Property Ownership – Creating generational wealth
